This austere eatery is located in a nondescript local shopping centre, boasts a lot of white laminex and looks more fast-food cafe than restaurant. "I grew up eating banhmi, particularly in towns that are famous for the best (authentic) ones, so it’s hard to impress me. This place does an amazing job in developing their extensive menu, especially for the flavor-packed vegan options. You don’t have this anywhere else, be it California or Paris.
