Carl's Jr. - City Of Industry

What Mariana S likes about Carl's Jr.:
24 hr drive thru and usually there is not much of a line. the spicy chicken was decent but I've had better. also at night these streets are pretty dark around here, there's not alot of choices in the area have to drive far. will update on their oreo shake quality next time! update: i originally gave less stars but went again and had their jalapeño poppers and spicy chicken. this staff member was excellent. he was courteous, quick and helpful. i was just thinking carl's jr doesn't have an app (for coupons and he gave me coupons (without me asking! awesome! depends when you go! but I'd go in the day!.

What E doesn't like about Carl's Jr.:
Really bad service, 2 times I went and the cook wasn't there (supposably). Soda was flat, the employees sound like they don't want to be there.. Needs new management asap View all feedback.
