I like going here and do so many times. This past time they were having an off day on service. We were seated right away and the waitress took our drink orders as soon as we sat. We already knew what we wanted so the food order was also taken. The meal comes out and we still have no silverware and also waiting on drink refills. I was pleasantly surprised but at the same time did not appreciate having pieces of shell and the plastic clear part of the lobster in my roll. Nothing happened thankfully caught the pieces before eating. It's part of the creature but a little more care or better inspection before it reaches the consumer goes a long way.
