"Rude and unprofessional staff! I was asking to one of them about the opening hours during Christmas holidays and the colleague was speaking and shouting on my voice asking if I wanted the parmigiana in a bag (for sure I could not carry the hot bowl with my hands) from behind the desk (of course I was engaged in a conversation so I didn’t hear him). So uneducated! The problem is that he thinks that his approach with the clients is right. Well London is full of Italian deli where you can find great italian product and nice italian people. "I saw the bar by Phill Netflix tour and was curious to visit this London good old days bar for the one and only vesper martini ! A rainy day arrives hotel entry with gentle greeting enter the Bar left side and asking for a seat got a cosy nice corner one and the barkeeper roll and prepare the vesper !very surprising taste and I have to say it makes my rwdt of the day very relaxing ! "I had dinner on Saturday night in drury lane barrafina with a friend. I had great hopes when her sister restaurant in soho has a Michelin star and the menu on paper is identical. therefore the disappointment was much greater than the courts finally arrived. apart from well cooked slitt shoe (catch of the day), each dish had a mistake with it. tomaten were cold refrigerator, which I could not imagine that someone at place that does not serve kfc or burger king level. Jamon croquettes were a crazy one, as there was hardly any jamon in it and strangely cloged, we had to get away on a teller. that says a lot, that parts are not huge. everything had to be seasoned. "Excellent service from the very beginning, turned up without a booking, was given a welcome glass of iced water as soon as we were seated. Atmosphere was great, laid back and music was good. Our order was taken promptly and food arrived quickly. I’d give six stars if possible for the food, it did not disappoint."
