Stopped by for a quick take away coffee. Had to queue behind a man loudly complaining to staff about the waiting time for his coffee. I ordered mine and after 5 minutes realised that people who had ordered after me were being served. After I complained I was handed the wrong sized coffee. I didn’t have time to change it.
