We found this on Open Table. It was close to our hotel and we were looking for a quality meal. The Blue Boar was a good find! Prices were reasonable! And the food quality was good. They did appear to be a little short-staffed though, so service was a little slow at times. But otherwise, it was a good meal! We'd return and try it again. View all feedback.
What Vierdank doesn't like about Blue Boar:
Nice, almost somewhat classy interior. Not a classic pub more like a hotel environment and it is: it 's a bar/pub belonging to the Conrad hotel. The food is like you would expect: pub dishes. Quality is uneven: a perfect fishn 'chips enjoyed by one in the company, while one other struggled with a chewy piece of meat. Service is also uneven.
