What leosmith4158 doesn't like about Eat:
The worst croissant you can get in the area, I tried it for two time, but all the same, look and taste like has been cooked one day before serving. I expect better products from this big Co. View all feedback. What Duncan Thomas likes about Eat:
very professional and friendly staff! and a nice selection of food and drinks. they use birchal tee that is really beautiful. better than most similar shops. also really good barrists. he made the coffee exactly as I asked, even if I'm a bit fussy. View all feedback.

read moreEat, a popular chain with locations including Eastcheap in London, offers a comfortable spot in the bustling financial district. While some customers have been disappointed with the quality of pastries, others have praised the friendly staff, variety of food and drink options, and inviting atmosphere. The smoked salmon and soft cheese sandwich is a standout option, with fresh ingredients and clean venues. The chicken hot pot soup, though only available on Wednesdays, is a must-try for those craving a homemade taste. Overall, Eat provides a solid alternative to other lunch spots in the area, with potential for improvement in consistency and product offerings.

What can I say? The sandwiches are nice, and the random choices of soup sometimes turn out to be surprisingly good. The coffee is also quite decent.
