as soon as they enter the glass elevator (which in about 30 seconds up to the 39th floor) they feel incredibly exposed, as all sides have glass, but so a cool experience with a breathtaking view. View all feedback.

Amazing views, good food but a very rude staff. Took my friends which been visiting London for a sunday lunch there, up on arrival had a very nice a warm welcome from the front of house to sit down and to be told that “if you don’t know English what are you doing at all here” excuse me whattt???? Arrived and got seated by a table, given the menu and then the service stopped... Tried to get the attention from any of the waiters without success. We were really close to the kitchen entrance and a few of what look to be managers stood there chatting but didn't give us any attention. It got to the point where i had to get up and walk up to them and ask to order food. Ordered the food which was tasty, had eaten on a few different bars in London during the day, which was much more tastier food, so I cant give a top rating for Sushis sambas food. Wanted to order another glass of wine which I did but waited ages for it to arrive, when it did the waiter didn't clear the old glass, and the same when food was ordered, the table didn't get cleared properly between courses. Took some time to get the bill, and did not leave a tip. Will absolutely NOT go back yes the view is great. But doesn't grant the prices. The wine was cheaper to buy per glas than a bottle, clever little trick from them to make more money i guess.
Easily one of the best sushi places in london, cocktails are varied and flavorful, the staff and presentation is impeccable and the view completes the package. Wagyu gyoza and sushi samba special is out of this world.

Unbelievable to hear that from one of their staff, you’re business is to serve your guests and to make sure they are receiving what are they paying for not to point on their english level!! Very rude and unprofessional that lady ruined everything, I couldn’t say nothing in front of my friends as they took it as a joke but come on that is really stupid. I guess that blonde and curly lady will get some extra training to learn about some customer service!!!!
The food at this restaurant is exceptional. The staff, particularly our waiter, exude elegance and class. The quality of the food is top-notch, although it is on the pricier side. However, it is definitely worth the cost. I will be returning soon! This restaurant is great for a group of friends, but be sure to make a reservation as it is small and very popular.
