The dining experience at Zima was absolutely fabulous! Being from Russia, I have been let down by Russian restaurants in the UK before, but Zima's food and service were incredibly authentic and brought back fond memories of my childhood.
My only critique would be that there was not enough salt in the broth for the fried dish and in the chicken dish. Adding more salt would have enhanced the flavor profile.
