I am a big big fan of Sichuan cuisine and found this gem by googling. My favourite dish is usually the Kung Pao but I didn’t know it was called Gong Bao here and hence missed it! I picked the lamb with cumin instead and it didn’t disappoint! The flavours were amazing. The noodles were great as well. when I remember my culinary experiences with ma la miruan, I think: these were great meals, smooth service, with a beautiful authentic air and a great price to fit. ma la sichuan is specialized in modern Sichuan cuisine in my former house door from westminster. the Sichuan cuisine, when they are new, brings fat, spicy aromas due to the liberal use of garlic and chili peppers in the region. Absolutely sensational food with an authentic taste. But unfortunately we were let down by a miserable waitress. We were visiting a good friend in Westminster....
