I wanted to take the time to outline the very good I received today from Harry and Theo. Despite being left alone to handle dozens of customers and a very crowded shop, they made everyone feel welcome with their smiles, laughs and jokes. Everyone was having a good time and queueing up to get a time to talk with them, it seemed. There was such a good ambiance in the shop, it really changes from the usual days in pret!... What Jprot doesn't like about Pret:
Canterbury sausage in the cheese toastie (not great for a vegetarian with a meat product intolerance). Worse still however was being told “I don’t know how that could have happened” instead of “I’m really sorry, you have our apologies, how can we put this right?” I guess this company is not really bothered with training and ensuring attention to detail.
