Stopped here for a coffee whilst walking round the west end. The service and coffee was fine but you need to be careful in this pret as 2 Eastern European women tried to steal my wife’s phone by trying to distract her and put a sheet of paper over her phone. We told the management so hopefully they can address the situation View all feedback.
