What User likes about Prezzo Victoria:
Victoria Place is a large shopping and eating area accessed by escalators above Victoria station. There are several restaurants there and despite being enclosed Prezzos was not too crowded and the service was fast and friendly. We ate there before seeing Hamilton at the Victoria Palace theatre. What User doesn't like about Prezzo Victoria:
The staff were atrocious I asked for a straw twice which never came. Was not offered Parmesan I asked but also never came. Waiter said I couldn’t cancel my order as already cooked but took such a long time after this to actually arrive. Worst experience yet will not be visiting any prezzo anytime soon.
