shampers is located right behind the regent street and has a very cozy, family atmosphere. Despite the fact that we couldn't find any non-business lunches, it felt more secret than doing. the slightly asymmetrical pictures on the wall, the fresh flowers on the tables and in the bathroom, the board with the specials on it. all contribute to a very comfortable atmosphere in addition to the standard menu, we received an...
