Lovely team who work fast and always have a smile on their face, but twice, in a row, have had hot chocolate which tastes of coffee. Proper cleaning of utensils between drinks would be good? People who do not like coffee can taste even a hint of it…

I did not enjoy going to this Starbucks. One of the assistants who made my drink) was a bit surly. Surliness has crept into Starbucks a lot recently. I asked for an Extra Hot Pumpkin Spiced latte, it was luke warm. As it was an expensive drink £4:40) I decided to complain. He gave me another but it was lukewarm the second time. I went downstairs and there was no music playing despite the speakers around. It was horrible, so silent, like being in a morgue. I won't be coming here again in a hurry.
