Amazingly large area, 4 stories to glass roof, good size tables nicely spaced, the service staff have the feeling of a 3-star hotel, but they try hard and the service was prompt. A member of the service personnel crashed over a customer's bag, which was stowed beside her chair, she was quite angry at the diner who was not right or appropriate, the customer was very surprised by her attitude. What User doesn't like about Sunday Champagne Brunch At The Landmark London:
The food was very bad, and the there were sharp little sticks in the dessert which cuts my gum. The waiters didn’t remember who ordered which dishes, the attitude of waiters were also quite so so. Definitely not a recommendation for value or dining. View all feedback.
We had a lovely birthday celebration there and we both loved it. Beautiful surroundings, delicious food and friendly service. Our waitress Elizabeta was extremely polite and professional. A beautiful experience for any special occasion
Beautiful surroundings and lovely staff. The food was good value for the set menu price I have a feeling the à la carte menu might be top top quality. Really filling as well, we walked in and rolled out! Excellent wines, again very good prices for the location and the service. One of my favourite hotels in London, definitely recommend. Champagne bar upstairs is great too!
We had a really wonderful meal in this beautiful setting. I would highly recommend it
Our birthday dinner was amazing . Staff super polite, friendly and kind. We were served by Anth, very good job, everything was perfect from his side . On booking I mentioned few things that I would like , everything was done. Thank you for birthday surprise for my husband, cake and birthday song on piano, was so fantastic.
Setting and service by the servers was excellent. Food good. Only comment was the champagne bar and mirror bar were closed and this was not said when the booking was made as we wanted to sit for a drink first champagne bar has a great view overlooking the Winter Garden Restaurant. Hosts slow to greet us at the entrance to the restaurant to seat us.
