In a location where there are multiple coffee shops selling outstanding quality coffee, staff could make more effort to feel customers feel valued. Having been there on multiple occasions, my last visit was poor. The place wasn't busy, yet getting attention or service seemed impossible, as the staff was too focused on themselves or looking to be busy. Come on, you can do better. View all feedback.
