Hamleys can be quite a stressful experience at the best of times. I personally think it is due a refurb soon. As expected it is always packed and rightly so, it was a great place for me to visit as a kid. I recently visited and decided to sit and have a coffee at tZing which is next to the sweet shop. Popped for a drink after Hamleys with the kids. Very expensive £1.75 for a bottle of water! Only 2 tables not much seating. Alright for a one off quick stop.
