Alice's Tea Cup - City of New York

What Carrie Anderson likes about Alice's Tea Cup:
The bisquites were ok, but on a bigger size. I liked the plain one not overly sweet which was good to have with butter. The behind the counter lady was very pleasant. Too bad they don't have matcha and have more coffee options than teas (ironically, it has Tea in its name). Also I wish their opening hours were longer than 4pm. Do not bring your family and kids here. We were barely there for 5 mins and their staff snapped at my TODDLER kids. Of course, I discipline my toddler kids. Give me an opportunity to do so. Don?t scream at them and use tone not appropriate for their age! He had no right to scream and use that tone to my children. Your cafe was empty.
