Usually go to just salad. Decided to give chopt another try and learned my lesson. Mostly lettuce, hardly any ingredients. Ordered a salad that comes with grilled chicken. Asked for crispy chicken instead and was charged $3.50 extra rather than just the difference between grilled and fried chicken. $20 for a bowl of lettuce and 4 small bites of chicken.
