What Sherry likes about Factory Tamal:
Really enjoyed their tortas (the torta de tinga and the torta de longaniza). Those are the only ones l've tried from their menu, but it has been consistently good for the handful of times l've gone. You can tell when you bite into the torta that they have quality ingredients. It's really soft to bite into. I also especially like the added kick of pickled jalapenos in the torta de tinga. What Penny doesn't like about Factory Tamal:
Awww, man love this place. The Tamal (Verde) that I have tried. So good, that is what keeps me coming back, and the hospitality of Jose. He makes me feel so welcome and relaxed. This place is a small little spot on a quiet street, so you might miss it if your not paying attention.
