Although my experience was overall satisfactory at Gruppo, I have to stop just short of giving it 5 stars. We sat at the bar and engaged in some light conversation with the barmaid who normally works at a different Gruppo location. She was courteous, attentive and professional. The food is good, but consistently when ordered online toppings and add on items are missing. Crediting back for just toppings when it completely changed the pizza is disappointing. Won't be ordering from them again. View all feedback.
