Chino Latino food is still alive in nyc and so I had to try it out. The braised fish sole was amazingly moist, my fork barely had to touch it as it sliced through. The buttery sauce goes well with the rice and the side salad helps as a palate cleanser. To top off the fish, it has some fried crunchy bits for texture added to the top that just works wonders!
