Mulligan's Pub - City of New York

What User likes about Mulligan's Pub:
Loves the place!!! Usually packed directly after work. The staff was friendly and fantastic!!! Was on a work trip and after my first two Yuengling's they remembered what I was drinking without even asking the next three nights!!! Friendly crowd and food was good and not too expensive!!! What pamela hybridge doesn't like about Mulligan's Pub:
Took forever for a single drink and even if i got coffee took forever for bartender to come back and refill my cup. I sat at the bar cause my friend was there that i was meeting already. I ate the fish and chips. They were ok. Needed more coffee like 3 times and it took forever to get some. Mid day afternoon ish. And probably 3 people on one end of the bar and 2 to the left of me.
