Line at the drive thru was pretty long but they did move it along fast. Some people actually got out of their cars but I noticed that took longer than if they would've just stood in their cars. Food was hot and fresh. They did forget an item but as soon as I entered they remedied the issue. I would've preferred not to have to go in cause it defeats the purpose of a drive thru. Wendy's was good except they forgot part of the order, so I had to go back inside. Also I asked multiple times for ketchup and got none.
