A local for about 4 years. I'm a Chinese American. I take Chinese dishes with a grain salt. It is usually not as authentic as I would prefer. However, training places for a western palate also come in the good and bad categories. Ming Moon is better than good. It's excellent! The ingredients are fresh. They're prepared.
