"West rose was great! My husband felt like he was in pittsburgh without having to wait for the custom drinks . JP was an amazing bartender, he even activated the mint.We asked mark for a specific flavor of drink they did not have on the menu he perfectedit to amazement. Words cannot be satisfied. We will be back, maybe even move here."

"Walked in with my friend sat down and was ignored for 30 minutes while we literally were waving and staring at the bartender and waiter while he drank with his friends at the bar and ignored us. went up to the bar to get food and they say they closed the kitchen 5 minutes ago when we sat there for 30minutes before trying to order. and then a dog came running out of the kitchen so maybe its better we didnt eat there. terrible service, dogs in the kitchen"

"Stopped in on a rainy a Friday night. Great atmosphere and location right in the heart of Ellicottville. We were hoping to enjoy the patio, but the weather prevented it. We ordered drinks, appetizers and dinner. The EBC blueberry is outstanding.Easy to drink and served with blueberries. The pretzel for an app was really good. The pulled pork was disappointing. Withthe BBQ sauce was good to very good, but most of it didn't have any sauce and without it, it was moist but bland. We have hadgood food previously, so it may have been an off night. Service was slow throughout the evening, often having to get out of ourseat to find our waitress, who disappeared for 15 minutes at a time. It was not overly busy either. Servers at adjacent tableswere not helpful as it was not their area. Plates were not cleaned when meals were finished etc. We will return and hope it'simproved next time! This time it truly missed the mark for us."

"My husband had the eggplant Parm and I had the carbonara which were both very good. You cannot get a side salad or even a piece of bread with your dinner without paying extra. It is dinner hour on Friday night and they are maybe a quarter full. Perhaps if their prices were reasonable, they would have more customers! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"
