We had a fabulous dinner at Siro's! Logan and Chooch were our servers, and they did an excellent job. We were taken care of and entertained. The food was amazing we had three starters: the goat cheese app, the calamari, and the pork belly app. All so good! Everyone also enjoyed their entrees. There were less than 10 people in the bar. They charged my group of 5 $10 each cover saying the band was coming on BUT THEY DIDN'T START FOR 2 HOURS. Total liars. We heard maybe 3 songs in the 2 hours with 2 being warm up. Total scam and awful experience, especially when we were with a local homeowner. He wasn't pleased and won't take guests there again. $20 per person cover charge? Seriously? Call me stupid for paying. Observed a guy so drunk he could barely stand up and security just walks around looking at the gals.

The Siro's collaboration dinner was excellent. The attention to detail on every course was exceptional. The portions were just right for each course. The complexity of flavors and ingredients and attention to detail was Michelin Star worthy. I am looking forward to the next tasting event.
Restaurant is overall a wonderful place to dine. Food was amazing, and waitstaff very attentive! I only gave 4 stars for ambiance because there was a very inconsiderate family with young children who were allowed to scream and play their devices loud enough so that the entire restaurant could hear. I was hoping that the manager would have politely asked them to turn it down. I have children and don't understand how some parents feel so entitled to disrupt others enjoyable evening! I would definitely recommend this restaurant despite kids and their tech devices interfering with our conversation.
I was called by the new owner for 2024 for an interview and he wasted my time ! First of all this arrogant jerk didn’t ask me if I had any experience which I do ! I have tons of cocktail hostess server and bartender experience but this arrogant jerk didn’t ask about that ! He said someone with no experience should go work at cantina guess what I did apply to cantina and probably be happier there ! Also I found out from my neighbor this jerk likes to hire really young girls I am talking 16,17 ,18 years old and legally they are not aloud to serve drinks but this loser thinks he’s above the state liquor laws ! He does not like to hire anyone of legal age ! Very interesting ? seems like a creeper to me ! Parents keep an eye on your kids working there !
