"EAT HERE. The staff was great, the food was even better. Do not define cheap meal, but for a nice night it is worth every penny. I wish I had room for Dessert. Our waitress Katie was great, and everything was phenomenal. The crab cake is a must. I ordered the duck for dinner and was not disappointed. Really cute place from the main road."

"We were in town visiting friends and stopped in on a weekday for lunch. Given how small the town is I expected it to be dead but there was quite a crowd. They were very accommodating in seating us as we had eight and the server was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is great and the timbered construction is impressive. There is a large seating area as well as a full bar with high seating. There are a couple TVs but the volume was down thankfully. I had a special shaved prime rib sandwich with caramelized onions and mushrooms which was excellent. My wife had the special quiche with a salad and the kids had pasta and chicken fingers. They had a nice selection of beers on draft. My friends suggested that reservations are helpful on weekends and I can see why. The menu is pretty extensive and the food fresh."
