I have been going to this location for years. I do not know what is happening lately, but the food is served dry, the service is not what is used to be; the staff seems tired, not motivated and lack of CS skills. I had to ask for napkins and a fork and was embarrassed to ask for ketchup because this is something that they should ask or provide. I guess not anymore. Not from KFC.
