I used to think the best Chinese place in Utica was empire City until I had no. 1 after empire closed down now I know for sure this is the best place for Chinese food. The portions are great and the taste is amazing definitely worth View all feedback.

Used to be a good restaurant that I ordered from frequently. This Sunday ordered a2 fried chicken wings with french fries. Have to leave a review because that was the worst chicken I ever saw. Threw everything out. View all feedback.
Food was great, service was excellent, ordered the food and was in and out, All in all great place to get lunch and dinner at 10/10 for me
Do not eat here!!!! Saw couple rats running around the lobby area while waiting for my food. Nasty place and nasty food
The person picking up the phone is completely clueless you can’t even order food I called to get food and eat not argue with no one
