I was surprised when the waiter didn't know if they have espresso or not. Isn't this a coffee place? The espresso was served in a huge cold cappuccino cup that made the espresso cold on arrival. Also, the A/C was blowing cold air instead of heating when the temperature outside is 11 C. Everyone was sitting in jackets. The place has potential but they need to work on improving. read more.
