"I have no problem waiting if the kitchen is delayed but you can't bring the menu at 20 minutes and the service later. I hope but at least give me the service to be able to pick and wait. There are tables that asked for more elaborate dishes and were served before (a bife will never take less than a few pastas and less if the diner comes after what I get).
