"It had been a while since I went to Entre Fuegos, the last time I went to Polanco and now we decided to return to this branch, however the experience was not the same premium experience. The food is delicious, I have no further comment on that, however the kitchen did not comply with what was widely stated mandatory use of cap, face mask... The cook had very dirty hair and no cap, fortunately everything was clean but If a hair of it had fallen into my food it would have been unpleasant. The girls at the entrance were only on their cell phones, they didn 't even get up and show us our place in a good way. Although the waiters were attentive, they did not offer us the display of cuts until I asked for it and they did not explain to some of my companions what with the cuts, when in Polanco they did it in a great way. The fact of going to a place like this is also because of the premium service, the spectacle of eating there, however dessert time was very simple, instead of turning on the chocolate and ice cream balls to the diners, they turned them on without further ado. Show them all in your cart and not even the chocolate melted properly. The music was repetitive, its video playlist repeats quickly which does not create a good atmosphere and in general, perhaps because of the time, everything was very dull. I like it between fires, I will surely return, but for the moment not here because it was not what it was some time ago.
