"Yesterday evening my family and I went to celebrate my mother 's 63rd birthday. If I could rate this experience, it would be 0 stars!!! And let me say when it came to paying the tab, I noticed I was being charged an adult plate for a child who is 7 years old. How offensive is that! The male cashier goes on to say that he is not the owner nor was he the waiter but only charges. He had the worst customer service skills and was terribly rude. And then he goes on to tell me that he will be charging me for to go boxes which were not included in the tab and that this is a new policy. His response is NIMODO! I ask to speak to a manager and he says the manager left. He then replies, NIMODO! I tell him I am going to write a review online and he says, Do It! My jaw dropped to the floor. I feel so embarrassed for him. He definitely needs to customer service training! So here I am writing about this unacceptable experience. I am sorry but that nimodo attitude needs to change and treat customers right. Customers make pay day possible!!!"
