We had lunch at Arturo, and although the service was great (young, friendly and on point) the food was average the place was filled with Iocals, and we were surprised that they would frequent a place with such average food. I had the pasta with scampi rosso came with 3 overcooked scampi and over sauced pasta. My companion had the chicken cutlet and a salad, and the cutlets were like boards, they were fried too long....
