We had dinner there on the 7 August with close friends from Australia. The restaurant is a few minutes out of the port town of CIVITAVECCHIA, in an absolute picture perfect setting looking down over the town. Second time in this pizzeria is definitely not the last. The pinsa is great and there is also in the gluten-free version (which has nothing to envy to the classic version); the dough is well-leaved and light. We tried different tastes and were always satisfied. When you come here you can not miss the sweet version, the one with orange, apricot jam and chocolate scales!!!
