We came here for the Thanksgiving Day buffet, after previously doing a Sunday Brunch here. The weather was nice, and they have a nice outdoor patio. We really liked the Sunday Brunch, and on Thanksgiving Day they had the usual turkey and stuffing, but also retained some of their Mexican specialties, which we appreciated. What BettyT doesn't like about Casa Moreno Mexican Grill:
We had a reservation for 10 on Monday night, however when we got there at 9:50pm they told us, “sorry we closed at 9” I said but we made reservations. They said yeah we closed a little early.. so we had to find somewhere else to go eat smh read more.

My experience Casa Maguey was overall outstanding. Excellent service with the Carne Asada shrimp dish is all you need to say; Pansa llena, Corazon contento!

"The food and service were great, as others have mentioned. The table at which we were sat was not. Our small table, in the lobby, was elevated with bar stools and crammed in the corner between the door, the host station, and folded table umbrellas. I thought it was a mistake, like they thought we were just ordering drinks. It was so cramped that from my seat I was able to reach across the walkway and hand a menu to the person maintaining the wait list. Some of the other tables outside were little better.
