Maccas food is Maccas food, no fault there but this restaurant is extremely dirty, no clean tables, windows and floors are filthy. Children’s area … won’t even go there.

The staff at rosny regular fail to get my order correct through drive through. Person usually half asleep or equipment in poor condition. So probably part of the problem. Also why on earth does it take 12 minutes for a cheese burger and fries and a coke and a over priced hamburger. I used to work in the moonah branch. It takes 3 minutes to cook a cheese burger from grill To wrapping. Also crew trainer shirt and hair unkempt and sweat bleeding through his shirt. Gross. Also while waiting drive through was backed up customer area was a mess and staff service. Uber eats guys standing around no social distancing and pick up customers waiting still as I left 13 minutes after no response from a manager or an apology to customers for terrible service. I wouldn't eat there if you don't want to get poor service, questionable food safety practices. And incorrect or orders and your time wasted on a regular basis. Fast food fail. The vincents who own the branch need to worry less about shiny cars and fix the place.

Drive through was a little slow but the order was at least correct. Didn’t bother going into the place as it looked rather busy

Called in round 8 after wedding reception , placed order selected table service ! Young lady brought order over rather quickly , placed order on table and said “ Here you go “ ! Hash brown , “ Over microwaved “ and stuck inside its bag ! Egg n bacon Fish fillet just thrown together n chips not it their packet but laying around inside bag ! Pregnant wife’s cheese burger cold to the touch n had to return ! Should not be treated like you r an inconvenience when you dine at this place to which we were made to feel like !
