Panera Bread - Feedback

What Janet L doesn't like about Panera Bread:
We stopped this Panera on our way to Walhalla. Entered and walked up to the counter, where there was no one to take our order. After someone down the line yelled for someone from the back to come out we were able to order. The cashier mumbled so much we couldn't tell what she was asking us about our order. I love the place, I love its food, but there is a lady who always attends the cashier and is a very pedantic lady, she attends reluctantly or as if the work she does bothers her, the rest of the staff is great! and the food great! but the qualification is for the older, thin, small lady with glasses who attends the cash register.
