A look at the spread speaks volume as healthy it is. Chickens, rice, grilled vegetables, hummus and olive oil. Could it be more balanced? Not only healthy, the chicken was very delicate and tasteful, the rice not sticky at all, the vegetables perfectly made, and the hummus so fresh and tangie. It could not be better in terms of nutrition. protein from chicken; carbs of rice and hummus; Fats from olive oil. "This was our second time dining at Thassos. We have eaten at many Greek restaurants and this place is definitely our favorite. The dolmades are phenomenal. We shared Mousaka and Pastichio and still brought home leftovers the portions were so large. Our waiter was very helpful in selecting our food and we love the ambiance of the restaurant and will definitely be returning."
