"Ninja sushi’s food is amazing. Their customer experience is not. There was a miscommunication via a language barrier about my order. When I called back to inquire the employee nastily told me that I was wrong and would have to go through door dash to have the rest of my order delivered. I spend $500 per month at this restaurant and I asked if they could just deliver my missing noodles for my children. She said her driver was not available for personal reasons which indicates to me that they didn’t want to come back out for a mistake. I always tip the driver well. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said she was the boss. Through more conversation I found out her boss’ name was Simon. She wouldn’t put him on the call. I asked to pay for the noodles to have them delivered and she said not until tomorrow. I asked if I could get I discount on my next order and she said she has a child to feed and it would come out of her pocket. I have two children to feed. Their food is phenomenal but this experience makes me question whether to order from here again or not."
