I applied for a job here over gumtree, and was asked in for an interview a few days later. "Being a local NOR, Trang's cafe has been around for years and even with a few new owners, they have kept the same great food, fast service and keeping a low price on their delicious foods. The previous management had a cash only policy and didnt participate with the restaurant as much but now adding eftpos with the new owners and seeing the owners contribute and helping out the kitchen and floor staff, even doing dishes, hopefully this same management stays for a long time. Its always a joy to have my friends come along and enjoy the food and experience of the traditional food-fast-to-table Vietnamese food with exceptional taste. Thank you Pho Trang"
