Order a lg bacon ranch burger meal it’s a 12 dollar meal I got a roast beef sandwich with cheese an ranch on it like wth is wrong with these mfs I spent 21 bucks all together and everything but the fry’s was wrong

Ordered the new Diablo and it was sub-par at best until I added cheese and siracha. Want a good sandwich? Don’t order from here.

The drive thru messed up my order. A woman at the window asked me for the messed up sandwich back after they replaced it. I asked what they was going to do with the messed up sandwich. The woman said they was going to resell the messed up sandwich to another customer; after I had touched the sandwich.I won’t be back to this Arby’s.

Ordered a kids meal. Bottle of water included in price. Gave me small cup of water. Asked for the bottle I ordered. Told me they would need to up charge me for the difference. I pointed out that the bottle of water was advertised in the kids meal. Still wouldn't give me the bottle I had already paid for. Went online to check that the price is the same whether milk, juice, or bottle of water is ordered. The manager still insisted on up charging me. So I basically paid for a bottle and was given a small cup of tap water.

I ordered two Greek gyros with extra sauce and a large lemonade the lady tried to charge me 14.97 gyros are 2 for 7 she fixed it I got my food The sandwiches had almost no meat!what happened to WE HAVE THE MEATS??? There was also no sauce on my sandwiches that I was charged extra for!! The lemonade was a cup of ice this arbys is a joke I’ll never go back and don’t recommend anyone else too
