"Our server was great. I ordered the bento box with shrimp and vegetables tempura, California roll, fried rice, salad and miso soup and edamame for appetizer. It was not good at all. The edamame had way to much table salt on them. The shrimp tempura was good but the doughy batter on the vegetables was way to thick and undercooked, the fried rice if you want to call it that was disgusting and oily, the California rolls were made sloppy and very small. They need to hire a sushi chef ASAP."

"The sushi and noodles are amazing. (Get the Tonkatsu Black ramen. It's my favorite. The service is always good. Heaven help you if there is a screaming child. "My recent dining experience at Fujiyama, a Japanese and sushi restaurant, was mostly delightful with a few minor hiccups. Let's start with the highlight of the evening – the sushi. It was, without a doubt, very, very good. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, and the portions were satisfyingly filling. I couldn't get enough of the sushi, and it's certainly a reason to visit Fujiyama. However, the mochi we ordered didn't quite live up to our expectations. It fell short of the high standards set by the sushi. While it wasn't terrible, it just didn't hit the mark for us. What really stood out, though, was the staff's kindness and friendliness. Their warm hospitality added to the overall positive experience. They were attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our meal. Fujiyama is a great spot for sushi enthusiasts, offering top-notch sushi and friendly service. While the mochi left something to be desired, the overall dining experience was enjoyable. I would definitely return for the sushi, and I appreciate the staff's welcoming demeanor. #SushiLovers #FujiyamaEats"
