This is the first time I've been to this location. I normally go to the one off tiny town. I ordered an iced coffee with an extra shot of espresso and the caramel swirl. Something tasted off with the swirl. The only thing I tasted was a sweetened drink. It was very odd. How do you get 2 different bagel pieces? Explain this? This place is a bad representation of what dunkin donuts strive for. Customer service are usually great at other locations but this specific location need to be re-educated on how a dunkin should run.
