Ro was a gem. You people are not paying her enough. We were a party of 7 and had several special orders (changes to the menu item), and she let us know everything going on and even handled out difficult people! 10 stars for Ro! View all feedback.
What Nell N doesn't like about Ruby Tuesday:
They tried to charge us 12.99 for 5 wings. Ugh no. Told them to take it off the tab. The waitress was super kind and tended to us. The salad bar was good. The bathroom still smells like mold and is gross. View all feedback.
Excellent service, serving food off of cooking tray is a poor choice, but the food is excellent.
