"Years ago we come episodicly in this restaurant of the countryside around the evreux. the old morsent experienced highs and lows as the owners change. When we have the nostalgia of the time when it was a very curved, fashionable place and always full it is difficult to have an objective judgment on its evolution. forgotten the ballet of the many young servers from the hotel school that contributed to the multi-generational atmosphere of this place with large volumes. today the place has been assagi and offers a more family atmosphere. The large room is still majestic. a pity that the decor has been aroused by industrial false gouaches particularly ugly and cheap. this removes all the charm of the original decor that was sober and tasteful. Fortunately this bad taste does not apply to the kitchen. and maybe it's the most important thing. Indeed, there is a family kitchen made home with a concern for research, presentation, mixing flavors. We're squeezing gastronomy. The service is discreet and friendly. One of the traditions of the establishment was maintained: to choose the wine from the cellar that is located in the between-soil. but a pity that all the first prices were out of stock during our visit. So a mixed impression during this last visit but a kitchen without reproach that was perfect."
