Employees are extremely rude to the customers. Upon my arrival into the restaurant while waiting in the line, one of the employees was arguing with an elderly woman that had to be close to her '80s when she was questioning how fresh the chicken was. "Great pho fast. Never got past the soup to try other dishes. Egg rolls are great too, had a few varieties of those. Staff is mostly friendly and polite. Couple of eye rolls when I asked a question that I apparently should have known the answer to automatically, but I would chalk that up to how my generation raised the next one and how they then raised theirs. They don’t come to your table much since it is counter service so that is a minor annoyance that did not take away from the great meals I have had there."
