Ordered cookies at 19:40 a.m., the entrance estimated a delivery time of 8:40 a.m. At 8:17 p.m., they called to clarify the order. I called at 9:30 to ask when the cookies are delivered. They were told they were delivered in a residence. Apparently, it wasn't my house and the instructions given to the delivery drive to pass the cookies to the customer.
